Dear Guest, we want to reassure you! Our structure is in the yellow zone, book now safely to spend your holidays in the heart of the Dolomites, immersed in the white of the snow and in the silence of high altitude. The basic Green Pass is required at our facility.
Below is a summary of the regulations in force at our facility – to increase safety and control of the health situation -!
General rules:
Masks and physical spacing required for guests and staff in public areas
Hand sanitizer available throughout the facility
Personnel required to wash hands regularly
Daily temperature and symptom checks for staff
Available on advance request: contactless check-in / out
The safety protocols indicated by the local authorities are strictly observed
First aid kit available and access to healthcare personnel
Lift capacity limits respected
Electronic payments available
Cleaning and sanitizing at our facility:
Most frequented areas regularly sanitized
High temperature sanitized linen (sheets, towels and laundry washed according to local authority guidelines)
Use of suitable sanitizing products
Accommodations are disinfected between stays and sealed after cleaning
On Request: Guests can request a cancellation of the cleaning service during their stay
Toiletries in individual packs
Safety for food and drinks:
Physical distancing in the areas dedicated to meals
On request: food can be delivered to the accommodation
Dishes, cutlery, glasses and other crockery are sterilized
OTHER SECURITY MEASURES ADOPTED:
Need to show the Super Green Pass (people vaccinated or cured).

we also recommend the online rental of equipment (skis, boots, snowshoes, helmet) with delivery directly to the facility, discover our special agreement here);
to validate your Skipass-Green Pass on a daily basis and autonomously, the service is online (extra info at the bottom of this page);
it is mandatory to wear a mask when using the facilities and in the common access areas.
in the yellow area it will also be possible to access with the basic Green Pass (at the moment our structure is located in the white area). Different regulations if the pandemic situation changes
PUB / RESTAURANTS / PIZZERIAS (take away service)
access allowed only with a reinforced Green Pass (people vaccinated or cured);
our structure has an agreement with a restaurant / pizzeria who offer take-away service for each dish. It will be possible to enjoy your lunch / dinner comfortably in the structure, in your own accommodation ( no lunch/ dinner room available)
