WORKSHOP WITH MEDICINAL PLANTS A real immersion in the organic herbs and flowers of the Agritur Eco-green Fiores in Vigo di Fassa to discover their secrets and virtues and create a very fragrant flavored salt. JIR A PE: HOW TO PREPARE FOR A MOUNTAIN HIKING: Easy walk with our Medium Mountain Guides, to learn everything you need to know before tackling a mountain hike. When: Every Sunday in Canazei (9:00 am to 12:00 pm) and Vigo (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm), and every Monday in Moena (9:00 am to 12:00 pm), Soraga (9:00 am to 12:00 pm), Pozza (9:00 am to 12:00 pm), and Campitello (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm). Free activity with the Val di Fassa Guest Card (minimum age: 8 years). Registration required by 11:00 am on the same day for afternoon activities and by 5:00 pm the day before for morning activities, on the Mio Trentino App, on fassa.com, at the valley’s tourist offices, or at Sport Check Point offices.
BEER TOUR & TASTING An experience for true craft beer enthusiasts: face to face with the master brewer you will discover the production process of real mountain beer. Every Tuesday from 20/06 to 26/09 at 4 pm at the Rampeèr Brewery in Campitello di Fassa. Price with Val di Fassa Guest Card: adults €14 (visit and tasting), children €5 (without tasting). OUTDOOR YOGA: HARMONY BETWEEN BODY AND NATURE: An hour of outdoor yoga surrounded by beautiful nature. Classes are suitable for everyone, beginners and experts. An experience designed to promote physical and mental well-being, giving you a pleasant feeling of harmony and serenity in a natural setting with pure air. When: Every Friday, 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Meeting point: La Baita bar and restaurant in Canazei. Price with Val di Fassa Guest Card: €10. PILATES AND SUN SALUTATION: A moment of breathing and meditation, gentle muscle awakening, and sun salutations to prepare your body and mind for a day you can spend in the mountains or at work. When: Every Wednesday, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am (alternate weeks with Face Yoga and Mindfulness). Meeting point: Soraga playground or Soraga Cooperation Hall in case of bad weather. FACE YOGA AND MINDFULNESS: Facial exercises combined with a moment of physical relaxation, retracing the day together. Concludes with a guided Mindfulness session. At the time of booking it will be sent to you by email or sms; once you have received the invitation, download the Mio Trentino app, which will allow you to always have the card with you in digital format! If you do not have a smartphone, we will provide you with the paper version of the card upon check-in.
