General conditions

To the prices indicated it must be added, as of 01.12.2021, the local tourist tax, 1,50 € / per person / per day for guests up to 14 years old.
The tourist tax is paid at the time of departure and is specified on the invoice of the living room with its own words;
Non-smoking structure ( In all rooms and public areas is not allowed to smoke)
Sorry we can not accept pets; (If requested in advance – only in some rooms)

Reductions for children in additional beds

Kids reductions will be applied if children will share the same room with two paying adults:

0-2 years: free of charge (on request we will prepare a little cot / crib);
Special discount for children from 3 to 12 years old
2-5 years old: -60%;
6- 10 years old: -40%;
11-12 years old: – 20%
Teenagers aged from 13 to 15 years old which will stay with two paying adults in the same accommodation will receive a discounted rate
FAMILY PLAN: 2 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN (up to 12 years) = 3 full rates + 1 FREE

Arrivals and departures

The rooms are available from 14:00 on the arrival day until 09: 30 the day of departure; (Throughout the arrival and departure day, it will be available both the outdoor parking and the luggage adn ski deposit)
Check-in before 20:00, in case of late arrival we kindly ask you to advise us by phone. In case of LATE CHECK-IN it will be communicated the automatically access code and the room number / apartment that you will receive, in which you will find the keys. You will receive a personal phone number with WhatsApp service if there are some difficulties to reach us. You will have the possibility to travel without any problems about arrival time.

Skibus Ticket Supplement, with the skibus stop within 10 meters (to reserve in advance):

1 day: 3,00 €
3 days: 5,00 €
7 days: 8,00 €
Children up to 16 years old are for free

Booking and deposit

The reservation is binding after our written confirmation or by phone and / or accreditation of the deposit, payable by bank transfer, money order or charge by credit card. This sum is to be considered to guarantee the reservation, and must be received no later than 10 days from the date of booking; exceeding this limit shall entail invalidation of the reservation.

Payment methods

The hotel bill can be paid either in cash, bank check or credit card ATM / VISA / Mastercard system, bank transfer;
The bill must be paid preferably the day before departure;

Cancellation Policy – Not Refundable Reservations

(Art. 1382 and 1341 of the Italian Civil Code):

The unexpected facts can happen! Please send us any cancellation news, which will have the following effects:

To guarantee the reservation it will be required a deposit.
For cancellations or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged ( 100% of the total sum of the first night for short stays)
In case of partial or complete cancellation or modified later ( up to 14 days before date of arrival) or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For late arrivals, early departures or no-show you will be charged the total price as agreed in the reservation contract.

We recommend you to take with your insurance company an insurance against cancellation, for interruption and / or late arrival of your trip.
