General Terms and Conditions
Useful information for a perfect holiday
Prices include:

- starting from 01.12.2021, the local city tax must be added to the indicated prices (equal to € 1.50 per person per day for guests > 14 years), which will be paid upon departure in cash and is specified on the receipt of the stay with its own inscription
Reductions for children in extra beds
The following reductions are applied only in the case of a stay in the same room with two paying adults:
- 0 – 2 years: FREE (cot/crib, high chair is provided on request)
- SPECIAL REDUCTIONS for children aged 3 to 12 sharing room with parents
- 3 – 5 years: -30%
- 6 – 12 years: -10%
- 13 – 15 years: -10%
- FAMILY PLAN: 2 adults + 2 children (up to 12 years) = 3 full rates + 1 FREE (excluding high season periods)

Arrivals and departures
- accommodations are considered reserved from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 09.30 am on the day of departure (discounts during the day of arrival/departure: both the luggage/ski storage and the outdoor parking are available, for being able to take full advantage of the entire stay in total freedom)
- check-in by 20:00, in case of late arrival we kindly ask you to notify us by telephone. In case of late check-in, the automatic entry code and the number of the booked accommodation will be communicated. We will always be available by telephone if there is any difficulty in reaching us: you can therefore travel without any arrival time limit!
- documents. It is absolutely necessary to show up at the facility with a valid identity document (identity card, passport, driving licence). The document is required for all people who access the facility, including minors
- courtesy shower. All departing guests, who will leave the rooms at the indicated time, will be able to enjoy the last day in the mountains, and refresh themselves before departure in the service bathroom
- day use (daily use of the accommodation after check-out time subject to availability, with supplement)
Reservation and deposit
The reservation is considered binding after our written or telephone confirmation and/or the crediting of the deposit, to be paid by bank transfer, postal order or credit card withdrawal. This sum is to be considered as a guarantee of the reservation, and must be received no later than 10 days from the date of the reservation; exceeding this deadline will result in the cancellation of the reservation. Only non-refundable bookings are accepted, excluding last minute offers and confirmations.

When booking, please provide a personal telephone number for any future information, an email address, an approximate arrival time and confirm the arrangement of the beds and any specific requests or needs.
Final payment method
- the bill for the stay must be paid the day before departure, preferably in cash
- the bill can also be paid by credit card Visa/ Mastercard circuit, debit card, non-transferable bank check, bank transfer
- if an invoice is required, please notify us promptly by communicating the complete data
Conditions in case of cancellation
(art. 1382 and 1341 of the civil code)
The unexpected can happen! Please send us any cancellation of the reservation in writing which will have the following effects:
- a deposit is required to guarantee the reservation
- in case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation made up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival, the amount of 30% will be charged (for short stays, 100% of the first night)
- in case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation after this deadline (14 days) or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged
- for late arrivals, early departures or in case of no-show the full amount of the stay will be charged as per the booking contract
Holiday insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation, interruption and/or postponed arrival insurance with STORNO HOTEL
Services and general rules
- no smoking. entirely non-smoking structure (smoking allowed only in outdoor spaces using the appropriate containers)
- for the respect of all Guests, please be quiet after 10.00 pm
- four-legged friends. well-behaved small pets are welcome (only small pets only in Family and Classic rooms with independent entrance for their greater comfort. Due to very strict hygiene rules to be respected, Fido is not allowed to enter the breakfast room and common areas, thank you for understanding)
- Valuables. the property assumes no responsibility for valuables left at the hotel
