The best of Trentino wine production, on October 15 (from 10.00 to 17.00), will meet in Val di Fassa at Top Wine 2950, the symposium at the Sass Pordoi Maria Refuge, famous for its terrace with a 360 ° view on the Dolomites Unesco Heritage. The event is constantly growing thanks to the enthusiasm of the organizers, the Società Incremento Turistico Canazei and the Sommeliers of Fassa and Fiemme, who select the participating wineries to offer professionals and enthusiasts of the “nectar of Bacchus” a remarkable assortment quality.

In the fascinating setting of Pordoi, the symposium, one of the highest altitude food and wine events in Italy, promotes not only the excellence of Trentino and South Tyrolean wine, but also some fine foods from the Fassa area. The Top Wine Plate will be proposed, prepared for the occasion by a renowned chef from the Val di Fassa.
